Most of my week has been spent walking (or sleeping) through a brain fog.
Every day this week, I've woken up exhausted, only to fall back to sleep at several times during the day. I must have one of those winter bugs and I should just be thankful that extreme exhaustion seems to be the only side effect (but I'm still hoping it passes quickly)!

I haven't managed to accomplish anything important this week, but I did get out of the house a couple times...
On Wednesday, I met my sister at the gym for my first Yoga Butt class.
Yoga Butt kicked my butt!!
The class starts off with about five minutes of yoga, then the instructor stops the class, switches CD's (to something much faster paced) and proceeds to torture the butt and abs of the class participants for the next fifty five minutes.

I like to think of November as the official start to the holiday season.
I'm already anticipating the fun of pulling out all of the Christmas decorations, putting up a tree, and mulling the wine!
I will continue to try to hold off on playing Christmas music (for the sake of my husband's sanity) until closer to Thanksgiving and I will attempt to not watch any Christmas movies (I'm not making any promises here) until Thanksgiving day (which, in my family, is the official first day of the Christmas movie season).
But I just wanted to share a tiny bit of Christmas music... uh, movie... uh...
